Member Photo Sharing

Members of MHDPC are invited to share your photos for use on the website, newsletter and in other club materials.

Please give us your consent:

  1. Fill out the Pet Photo Consent Form.  You can fill it out digitally or print it out manually.
  2. Send a copy of your completed form to:  photos@mthooddobermanpinscherclub.org
  3. Please use the subject line: “MHPDC PHOTOS” in your email.

  • Once we receive your consent we’ll send you a link to upload for photos. 
  • You’re ready to start sharing your images! 

Best Practices for Uploading Images

Upload your images just as they are organized now or if you want to optimize our ability to find your images, polish them up, and tell the world your story, upload them using our “Best Practices for uploading Images” guidelines.

Practice 1

Folder Naming

Upload photos from each event in their own folder named as follows: YearMonthDay_Event_YourName_DogName

For example: 20220122_RoseCityClassic_JaneDobe_WinzALot

Practice 2

High Resolution

Take and upload photos in the highest resolution possible. We'll be optimizing photos when we use them on the website. High Resolution means you capture details that we can bring out when we optimize.

Practice 3

Supplemental Information

What's the story? When you upload your photos include information that you'd like to share about the event. This will help us at newsletter time, when we design feature pages, and when we include information about your dog that will appear when visitors hover over their picture on the website. Any technology is fine for information sharing: Scribble it on a napkin at the show, take a picture and upload it using your link!
